Wonderful tagine and couscous, very generous portions, pleasant decor, a feast for the senses and the eyes. The only thing missing is background music for a truly immersive experience... the service was a bit slow, especially for the aperitif... thank you for this lovely time...

We had lunch together on the terrace today, a royal couscous and an Aladdin... we thoroughly enjoyed it! The aromas were wonderful, the semolina was fine, the meat tender and delicious, and the vegetables crisp in an aromatic broth – pure pleasure! We didn't leave a single bite despite the generous portion... it was so good! The service was pleasant, thank you sir, and thank you to the kitchen... best of luck! We look forward to returning.

Excellent Moroccan restaurant! What's great is that the cooks do their utmost to create delicious Moroccan dishes, even though European vegetables aren't as flavorful and rich in vitamin D, the soil isn't the same, etc. And yet, in this restaurant, you can tell there's a very rigorous selection process when it comes to spices, meats, and fish. Go there with peace of mind in this calm and enchanting place; honestly, keep up the good work, it's fantastic!

22/03/2026: A perfect welcome, warm, attentive yet discreet, and truly delicious and refined cuisine. Bravo to the whole team! Our only slight regret, but one that didn't spoil our delightful lunch, was the small size of the two dining rooms.
14/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bistrot de Guillaume! 😊 The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the setting was charming, and the cuisine was refined, featuring high-quality ingredients. There were so many thoughtful touches: cloth napkins, unique sugar in the coffee, an amuse-bouche with the aperitif, a small Morello cherry with the coffee... A true delight! The value for money was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and the amuse-bouche before the main course. A huge thank you to the entire team for this memorable meal! We highly recommend this restaurant for a gourmet evening.
