Menu that varies every day. The burgers are delicious. Cooking with fresh ingredients. The desserts are excellent. The service is perfect. I recommend this restaurant with remarkable staff.

We enjoyed a small puff pastry as a starter, hake with hollandaise sauce as a main course and a succulent chocolate éclair for dessert. Impeccable service and unbeatable prices. Thank you to all of you.

28/02/2024: No “instagrammable” dishes here but real, simple, tasty cuisine well served. No frills, it's tough like the boss. An efficient and smiling brigade. Failed influencers don't stop here it's not your world. It's still possible to eat well in Biarritz and the establishment proves it. You have to know how to get out of the prescribed itineraries; you will be rewarded.
