Jackie, the new owner, is really great! A very classy restaurant combining modernity and tradition. A warm welcome and perfect service with Leni's great attention. The cuisine really delighted us, very generous, refined dishes with great taste. A winning change for the gourmands of the LE STRATO resort...instead of Alaska. A very pleasant and warm welcome. A restaurant with homemade dishes, quality products, perfectly cooked and lots of flavor. 👍 Dishes on the blackboard, a guarantee of freshness. 👍 Good wine list and good, hearty desserts. Awesome place, Jacky the owner welcomed us with great humor and friendliness. Leny and Mathilde, the servers, are also great! The food is very good and the portions generous. The atmosphere is fantastic. We loved it so much that we went there three times during the week. Go there, you'll have a great evening!

Perfect dishes, delicious pasta, a perfect tiramisu. The homemade starter with delicate Italian flavors. The new owner and really friendly staff. We will definitely come back. Excellent evening with friends. Thank you.

27/08/2024: We had dinner 2 evenings in a row at the Edelweiss restaurant, you won't find a better welcome in the entire resort! The dishes are all homemade and delicious! We tasted the burger and its incredible homemade fries as well as the 3 cheese fondue with whole cheese grated directly by the chef! A treat! I would add the warm, smiling and friendly welcome which motivated us to come back 2 evenings in a row! Despite a busy service this evening and a full restaurant, always a kind word and a smile. At edelweiss you are sure to have a good time! Remember to book 😉
