Magnificent restaurant! The food is delicious (we tasted the swordfish ceviche and the burger), the service is top notch and the decoration is beautiful and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, we will come back!

23/08/2024: Everything was perfect: welcome, dish (burger) all with a magnificent view. The only downside is no regional dish.
22/08/2024: Magnificent panoramic view, with open roof, the waiters are pleasant and efficient, I recommend!

27/08/2024: We had dinner 2 evenings in a row at the Edelweiss restaurant, you won't find a better welcome in the entire resort! The dishes are all homemade and delicious! We tasted the burger and its incredible homemade fries as well as the 3 cheese fondue with whole cheese grated directly by the chef! A treat! I would add the warm, smiling and friendly welcome which motivated us to come back 2 evenings in a row! Despite a busy service this evening and a full restaurant, always a kind word and a smile. At edelweiss you are sure to have a good time! Remember to book 😉
