Warm place, very well decorated, dishes with innovative recipes and presentations that are good for the taste buds and the eyes. It's delicious from starter to dessert! Wide choice of wines for such a small restaurant. Perfect service and welcome, I highly recommend booking because it is often full. Well done and good luck to the whole team!

Restaurants in French ski resorts usually serve high quality food despite not so extensive competition in the area. Probably because substantial proportion of people who come to such resorts are used to dining in respectable restaurants. However, Au Puits does Saveurs goes beyond that as it is definitely worth driving up to Alpe d'Huez just to visit this restaurant alone. Here, meals such as Raclette or aged steaks are far better than those made by tested competition in the area and provide entirely new flavours. I hope that the international rather than just regional competitiveness of Au Puits des Saveurs will be maintained over the years so I could enjoy it again during the next ski season!

Small restaurant where the chef, similar to the Nills who decorate his restaurant, knows how to combine flavors with a master's hand and arrange them artistically on the plate! I highly recommend, reservations essential!

Bon repas (les raclettes et les fondues d'à côté avaient l'air très bonnes) par contre nous avons pris à la carte et malgré une démarche avec produits locaux et cuisine maison, nous avons trouvé ça cher. Et petit bémol, pas de menu enfants (dommage...).

La Fondue en Folie

20/02/2024: Dinner with my son. We had a classic Savoyard fondue. She was good. To be honest, this restaurant reconciled me with this fondue. I took the cold meat supplement. It makes a good plate. The service was very good. The waitress is very colorful and very smiling, it's nice. To do.
14/02/2024: It's not an exceptional restaurant. The choice for the aperitif is very limited. The room is too small and very hot when full with all the smells of burning alcohol for the fondue. It remains a typical mountain place for fondue enthusiasts.

05/04/2024: Good morning, I can only recommend this traditional Savoy restaurant. I recommend. The price is less expensive than at the top of the station
05/04/2024: Great meal and atmosphere! I highly recommend the Côte de Bœuf that the chef chose wonderfully, served with its Marrow bone: a treat! Price more than correct given the average price of the resort, in short, go for it!
