Alberto Bar & Pizzaria sur Paris

A pleasant surprise! A restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, and yet: the classic Italian dishes are excellent, served quickly by an adorable waiter and a chef who takes great care of his customers.

Visited by chance on the recommendation of a local, Pizzeria Alberto lived up to its promise for the evening. The staff was warm and professional, the food generous and delicious. There was a good selection, but not too much, and the best part was the homemade fresh pasta. The atmosphere was lively, with the chef making a point of checking on each customer during their meal. Finally, the value for money is excellent; some establishments in the provinces are much more expensive.

The fresh pasta and sourdough pizza dough are made on-site, as are all their desserts, right down to the mascarpone for the tiramisu and the puff pastry for the tarte tatin. As the chef says, it's easier to tell what isn't made on-site than what is homemade by the chef. I highly recommend this place; the owner and the waiter are fantastic.

The goat cheese and honey pizzas were delicious, with a lovely sweet and savory balance, and the pasta bolognese was equally excellent. The Chianti paired perfectly with the meal; a very good wine choice. The service was good and the staff friendly; we had a very pleasant time. I highly recommend it!

Great food, lovely service, we felt very welcome! It was a bit cold (I had to wear my scarf) and the lighting could be better, but otherwise, it was fantastic!

What can I say about this culinary experience! Everything was perfect, from the dishes and the ambiance to the pizza and dessert. A chef who came to the dining room and an attentive waiter. Special mention for the cream-based calzone and the tiramisu! Thank you for this delightful interlude.
