A big thank you for the welcome, impeccable service, wines and fine and original dishes. At the top! I recommend!

We had lunch, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We tend to choose the Alchimy for 'special occasions', because it still retains a 'special' ambience in terms of the surroundings, the quality of service and food. On this occasion we had an excellent lunch - high quality ingredients, well-served with imaginative but not fussy presentation. The wine, from the impressive wine list, with a good choice by the glass (which makes a change from something squirted out of a wine box), was excellent - it is nice to have wine properly served, at the correct temperature. So, we continue to recommend the Alchimy restaurant and will certainly enjoy returning on our own, and with family and friends. One thing we would like to say: the service is very good - friendly and efficient .... on this occasion, and the previous occasion, it felt more informal, which was fine and we like that - but don't go too informal; and while the restaurant was fairly full, it was not crowded and yet there was a bit of a feeling of being rather stressed (this was very noticeable on our previous visit) - please be careful with this, for while clients should be empathetic when staff are working hard, they do not want to be caught up with stress - we come to be relaxed. We have eaten in France for many years and we realise how challenging the business now is - and the Alchimy remains one of our favourite places and we hope it can retain what makes it special.

A gastronomic experience always at the top! The setting is warm and very pleasant, perfect for a refined meal. The dishes are a true journey of flavors, with high quality products and careful presentation. The service is attentive and professional, always listening. A perfect place for a great occasion or simply to treat yourself. I highly recommend!

Went this Sunday for lunch, I didn't know this restaurant having eaten there. Delicious surprise, decorations, dishes, top notch. the meal was a marvel, land and sea starter, sublime. perfect sweetbreads, as for the tartare, being a fan of this dish, rarely succeeded so well. top desserts. young staff, modern and very professional. Well-chosen wine list at affordable prices. I recommend this establishment.

Nous avons dîné avec le menu inspiration du chef en 3 temps et c’était un régal ! Une mention spéciale pour le nougat glacé à la pistache : extraordinaire ! Trop bon
