Superb stay in this beautiful establishment. The restaurant is superbly decorated with modern and absolutely delicious cuisine. The hotel part does not deserve: spacious, beautiful and very pleasant room, magnificent bathroom. Very well maintained hotel. Special mention for the caring and very welcoming staff. We will come back to it very soon. THANKS

Cat opinion concerns the restaurant and not the hotel. The decoration is cozy, the atmosphere cozy and the service competent (the waiters know the composition of the dishes and the quality of the wines). When we ask for wines by the glass, they are served from the bottle. The dishes are beautifully presented and they are good, as are the desserts. The piece of Tarn pork, however, seemed a little dry to me, which is in fact the characteristic of this meat.

An excellent bistronomic dinner... Beef cheek with trumpets and salmon gravlax with rich flavors. Tasty and tasty Tarn pork and red mullet...the crunch is not forgotten...A very elaborate cuisine...Glasses of white and red Gaillac at very affordable prices. Fast, efficient and friendly service....Beautiful restaurant....Excellent value for money...

Magnificent restaurant with delicious dishes and attentive staff

A great re-discovery and certainly in my top 5 of the best restaurants in Albigensian. Setting, dishes, friendliness of the staff... refined dishes, well presented and copious. One of the best tartares I have ever eaten. I highly recommend !

Very seriously run restaurant which offers simple but excellent cuisine at lunchtime in affordable options. It's always a pleasure to go there. The establishment is very well located, it offers tables on the terrace for sunny days and a sunny interior area. Go there without hesitation!!

My opinion only concerns the restaurant!!! Very very good, top service Very good and very well presented dishes in just sufficient quantities, no need for more... But where I am blown away is the dessert! Please note that I have been a pastry chef in fine pastries for over 10 years and it has been that long since I last enjoyed a dessert in a restaurant!!! Well, not only was I able to eat one of my favorite desserts but it was also excellent and I'm not careful with my words, the pavlova was killer!!!!! Congratulations to the whole team behind the stove but also to the waiters because despite a visibly understaffed service we were served correctly! The kitchen deserves to know about this review! Keep it up and I'll come back as soon as possible :)
