Absolutely incredible experience. Probably the best meal I have ever had. Extremely accommodating to those who are vegetarian or gluten free. The owner is also wonderful to talk to, clearly cares about his patrons.

Not only did I like the food and service, but I saw other diners having a great time. All dishes were excellent. I liked the asparagus with dried apricots and the veal cooked to perfection. The duck breast was better than the one at the Tour d'Argent. Wine pairing were amazing.

A truly memorable lunch. We travel a lot and are blessed to be able to eat each year in many of the worlds finest restaurants and Alliance deserves a place among them. Our six course tasting menu was elegant, refined and genuinely interesting. The cooking was first rate and the presentation beautiful without being gimmicky. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambiance is sophisticated but not haughty. Highly recommend!

Exceptional, creative cuisine using high quality and seasonal products, precise execution with beautiful plate presentations. Perfect service, good speed, personalized customer relations in a sober but comfortable and pleasant setting. Very nice experience!

Excellent time with friends for a dinner at Alliance. Everything is perfect, everything is great, everything is good and beautiful. Placed right in front of the kitchen, we had a view of the kitchen team and the chef: great atmosphere and already a feast for the eyes. Menu in 6 courses and everything was a treat, the textures, the ideas, the tastes, the sauces, the fish, the meat, the first white asparagus, the grapefruit-campari sea urchin...we all enjoyed ourselves and were able to enjoyed superb wines recommended by the sommelier to accompany each dish. The service is top notch: attentive, friendly, complicit, funny, efficient,...and so on. It’s a spectacle on every level. Thank you to the whole team for this superb moment that we will not soon forget.

Our favourite restaurant in Paris. We have to return every time we are in the city. Perfection in all things. Watching the service is like watching a ballet. So much attention to detail. Pure elegance.

Absolutely incredible fine dining experience that definitely punches above its weight and deserves 2 stars! The food is clearly Japanese-inspired and the right amount of creative with French classical cooking. A good mix of seafood, vegetables and (rather little) meat. They do accommodate for pescetarians and vegetarians, which is rare in Paris. You get many more courses and small surprises than you pay for and thus, the price is really fair. The dining room is beautifully toned down, clean, modern, intimate and warm. On the pictures, it might look cold, but in reality the lighting really creates an intimate setting. There are only about 8 tables in the room. Best, however, was the service. Best service in Paris, hands down, especially for people that are not too comfortable with French. Professional, knowledgable, but really welcoming and elegantly funny. One feels really well taken care of. I would slightly criticize the drink selection, especially if you don't drink wine. A non-alcoholic pairing would be appropriate, not just plain juices. The desserts were flawless, but felt a bit "behind" and less grand compared to the rest of the courses. But overall, this experience was as good or even better than many of my 2-star ones. Yes, this place is maybe not iconic or historic (like many of its peers in Paris), but the best location for an evening that should be all about the food and the person/people next to you.

Beautiful, simple but sophisticated and thoughtful food. Amazing service, with a charmingly friendly sommelier who recommended good pairings. Went for the lunch service and it was great value for the price we paid.
