Last dinner, August heatwave... The oppressive heat combined with the lack of ventilation in the dining room undoubtedly prevented us from fully enjoying the experience. The dishes were still good, though the service had a few hiccups. Second dinner: the seafood menu was delicious; the flavors and colors were spot on, a very enjoyable experience. Perfectly cooked, high-quality ingredients, ideal portions, a slightly slow service, but nothing serious. We're glad we came back after a disappointing first experience a year ago. We'll be back.

A truly successful culinary experience at the Allium restaurant. We opted for the Seafood Menu, which we appreciated for its selection and the quality of its ingredients. The cuisine is inventive and delicate, combining skill and expertise. The dishes are light and flavorful, perfectly cooked with just the right pairings. The colorful and beautifully presented plates are a feast for both the palate and the eyes. The desserts are light yet indulgent, with subtle flavor combinations. The dining room is bright and tastefully decorated. The service is impeccable. This Michelin-starred restaurant is a sure bet to discover without hesitation in Quimper.

Here's a great place, a little outside Quimper's city center, but well worth the detour. The cuisine is sophisticated and flavorful, made with high-quality ingredients. Everything is expertly executed. The dining room is pleasant and well-decorated, and the staff is friendly and professional. The hostess is welcoming and always smiling. We had a wonderful time. Congratulations to everyone!
