Alluma sur Paris

A wonderful experience at Alluma. The dishes were well-prepared and of high quality, even if the flavors and style of cuisine weren't entirely to my personal taste. Of course, that's very subjective. However, a special mention goes to the waitress, who was working alone but was absolutely fantastic! Welcoming, attentive, and professional, she provided excellent service with great kindness and greatly contributed to our wonderful experience. A great place, especially thanks to the quality of its service. 😊

A wonderful discovery. This little restaurant, barely visible on Rue Saint-Maur, is definitely worth a visit. The space is neat and tastefully decorated without being ostentatious. The cuisine is inventive and refined, showcasing ingredients that aren't always common but are treated with such skill (cabbage, celery). The mastery of smoking enhances the dishes (octopus, fennel, fish). For me, the dessert made with angel hair pasta, frangipane, and mascarpone is simply divine. The staff is attentive and friendly. A must-try!

A highly original menu that reinterprets classics like celery caccio and pepe, some dishes influenced by Japan… in short, quality and interesting dishes.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the cuisine at this restaurant; each dish is exquisitely crafted, elevated to provide an exceptional experience. The tuna steak may seem simple at first glance, but it hides an explosion of flavors in the mouth, while the watermelon, feta, and homemade bread mezze, accompanied by a glass of wine, evokes memories of summer evenings past… I highly recommend Alluma.
