I have frequented this store for several years, and often found what I was looking for. As a general rule, salespeople are well trained. The store is well located, there is everything you need around it.

My purchase was so fast and seamless. I’d recommend shipping Apple products from them, it’s cheaper and their outlets are more accessible. By the way, I am an English speaker, and even if the guy attending to me spoke only French, he was really kind and polite. I’d highly recommend.

Overall I am rather satisfied with this Fnac, I usually go there for purchases in the games, manga, stationery and kpop sections. For the kpop department I find it a shame that because of certain thieving kids the CDs are held together by ties and therefore constantly damaged, I therefore rarely buy them at Fnac because when we make a collection of certain artists we want them to are in good condition. Maybe consider another solution. For the staff it depends on who you meet, sometimes it's okay and sometimes not.

01/09/2024: Nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, but really not great burger, an addition of ingredients that look wow on the menu but it's difficult to eat, cold breads and raw vegetables and it's sorely lacking in sauce.
