Excellent service, advice, and sales. Home delivery (because the product wasn't available in store) was terrible, as it still hasn't arrived due to a data entry/validation error by the Fnac seller, and there's no information on when the delivery will happen.

A typical FNAC store. This one is quite large with several floors. The manga section is well-stocked, which is a plus. It's always very crowded on weekends.
Checkout is fairly quick, as there are quite a few self-service checkouts.

Très grand magasin sur plusieurs niveaux. Parfois un jeu de piste pour s'y orienter. L'endroit pause café à disparu ??? Je ne l'ai pas retrouvé malgré 2 heures passées dans les rayons... Je me serais bien assise 😅

I went to Fnac on Saturday, January 17, 2026, and was helped by an exceptional cashier named Arthur. He was very patient, always smiling, and offered great advice. He took the time to listen to me without rushing me. I highly recommend him.

Nothing to say about the store, I come here all the time. It's just this time, at the checkout, that I encountered a rather unprofessional cashier. She was looking at her nails while I was talking to her, I had to repeat myself. She hadn't noticed that my games were on sale and she scratched off the price tags, thinking I was the one who put them on. There was no courtesy either. Checkout #11 around 2:35 PM.
When I arrived, there was no line, but because of her, a line started forming when I turned around. Thanks a lot, her! 🙏
