The service was very slow, far too slow. However, the sandwiches and fries were delicious! And the atmosphere was nice (music) + one of the employees was pleasant.

While in Paris for the holidays, I ordered my meal at the kiosk. Having some questions, I asked a woman dressed in a pink shirt, saying hello of course, and then asking if I could get some information. But frankly, no greeting at all, she stared at me and even avoided other customers, making me not want to order. Apart from that problem, everything else was good, the food was nice (thanks to the young man who was great with the service).

Maxi Best Of menu at €14. Given the number of potatoes in the box (I only ate one before taking the photo), I could have ordered a regular Best Of and I wouldn't have noticed the difference. Your pricing is expensive. The least you can do is provide quality service. Here, the customer is clearly being ripped off.

22/08/2026: A perfectly satisfying experience in every way. We were a party of three adults and two children, and received a warm and very pleasant welcome from both our server and the reception staff. The decor was lovely, and the place was clean. We ordered omelets, salads, chicken, hot dogs, pasta, ice cream, and syrup drinks for the girls—everything was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. It was wonderful to be so well received as a family!
