A wonderful discovery! We hesitated between this and a nearby restaurant with better Google reviews, but ultimately, given the holiday season, we opted for a more budget-friendly choice, and we're so glad we did! The menu is simple and effective, but the daily specials are stunning. It's been a very long time since I've enjoyed a meal so much! From the cooking to the side dishes and the herbs, everything was expertly prepared—a true testament to the artistry and love of the plate. Not content with being captivated by the main course, I indulged in a dessert that seemed quite daring… A perfect blend of lightness and indulgence, with just a hint of Christmas spices, it was simply divine! I was blown away! Thank you, Chef, and I mustn't forget the service, which was on par with the food. We were unfortunately only passing through, but thank you for sharing this experience.

Overall, a flawless experience. The menu is well-balanced and perfectly executed, clearly featuring fresh ingredients cooked with finesse. Coming from the Gers region, I tried the foie gras, which was absolutely sublime. Carefully cooked in a terrine. Classic dishes, expertly prepared. Perhaps a little less impressive was the octopus with a wing cream sauce and vegetables... a pure delight.

We came for a meal, mother and daughter, and dinner was a real treat. Everything was perfect, the dishes were beautifully presented. Congratulations to the chef and his waitresses! I highly recommend it!

Passing through the area with my son. Foie gras with fig bread, seared octopus, beef with potatoes in Béarnaise sauce, praline dessert, and cinnamon apple compote—a real treat for the taste buds. Very warm welcome, top-notch service.
