Exceptional dishes, simple yet elegant, for an explosion of flavors. Our only regret is not having had the time to enjoy the live cooking demonstrations during the cocktail hour, as we received so many compliments on them! The team's ease of communication and professionalism truly helped us throughout the entire planning process and on the big day!

We received a tasting sampler to do at home, as we didn't have much availability for an on-site tasting. This didn't stop us from immediately loving the dishes. The team also provided helpful advice on quantities and available options. We greatly appreciated being guided throughout the planning process; we were in contact with Gillie, who provided us with fantastic summaries in the months leading up to the ceremony! On the big day, everything was perfect: delicious dishes, elegant presentation, and impeccable service. Our guests constantly complimented the quality of the meal—from the cocktail appetizers to the dessert! Thank you again to the entire team for their kindness, availability, and expertise.
