Honestly I’m befuddled by the low rating. I’m glad I just went without checking the score first. I had a delightful experience here. The food was top notch and unexpectedly gourmet considering the small village. The location is super quaint and the service quick. Finally the price of around 30 euros for a filling menu is definitely fair.

En St Emilion la verdad que las opciones para comer son bastantes caras. Este restaurante tiene una opción bastante bien de calidad precio de menú bastante completo, y cogimos botella de vino para 5 personas. Los camareros son simpáticos y atentos. Es un buen sitio para comer en este pueblo.

During our trip to France, I fell in the muddy vineyards and was on crutches. Since I couldn't walk the streets of Saint Emilion, my husband and I (together with our friend) spent virtually two whole afternoons here, drinking wine and absorbing the beautiful atmosphere of the town. The wait staff was incredibly attentive and allowed us to stay until closing each day. Many good memories and a 'grand merci'!

02/04/2024: Wow! A wonderful place among the rocks; in fact, the indoor dining room is inside them. And it has a terrace with beautiful views of Saint Emilion. The food is super product and enjoyable. We have also honored ourselves with local grand cru wine. We have been like queens!

05/04/2024: I don't usually leave reviews but this restaurant is worth it. We had two coqs au vin for lunch and it was DELICIOUS! The service was impeccable and the staff was super pleasant and gave us good recommendations on the dishes/wine but also on the dessert because I was terribly undecided. I went back there in the afternoon for a drink, which allowed me to see the waitress from lunch again; she was very pleasant and very sociable. We talked a lot about various subjects. I will return there without any doubt during my next visit to Saint-Émilion. I highly recommend.
31/03/2024: Very good site. It is a tourist town and prices are generally high. This was budget friendly and good value for money. Good attention
