Spent a day exploring St Emilion and found this wonderful restaurant patio.
Good selection of wines for every taste and budget but why wouldn’t they when surrounded by vineyards.
Good meal options; staff were very prompt and courteous and English speaking which helped.

The best thing about the restaurant is the location of its terrace, right in the town center. The menu is limited. Average quality. Prices are a bit high.

A wonderful experience at Le Bouchon restaurant in Saint-Émilion!
We shared a charcuterie board paired with a half-bottle of Château Saint-Christophe 2023: an excellent and truly delicious combination.
The ingredients were high quality, everything was excellent, and the experience was particularly enjoyable.
Special mention to the servers, who were efficient, offered great advice, and knew how to guide without being pushy. A place to remember for a simple and successful meal in the heart of Saint-Émilion!

I ate there today, and the restaurants Le Bouchon and Le Bar de la Poste (they work together with a shared terrace, which is very smart of them) definitely don't deserve their bad reviews. Furthermore, the waiters Anthony and Alex are excellent and offer great wine recommendations. The dishes are fresh, simple, and delicious. No complaints whatsoever, keep up the good work!

We had the duck magret, lamb and fish. The fish tasted great but the two others were just ok. Prices were high up there for all though. Onion soup was great!

On the plus side, the place is indeed very nice and it's very pleasant to sit on the terrace in such a pretty setting.
Okay, we're in Saint-Émilion, but still, charging €9 for a crêpe as thin as tracing paper, overcooked, with three pieces of sliced banana, a little Nutella, and three tons of whipped cream to make it look appealing... that's clearly robbery and outrageous! Last time I'm falling for that! It's a shame for the children.

Lunch stop in Saint-Émilion. We wanted a simple and quick meal. A salad or another brasserie dish was all we needed. My salad with foie gras, gizzard, and duck breast was very generous. The salmon tartare was good value for money. Thank you.
