We leave with our preparations... and today it was the tasting, a delight.

Great cooking class! The chef explains each step educationally, we learn much more than simple recipes (which basically are just an opportunity to put the principles of chemistry and physics into practice).
Making the ceviche and chocolate fondant was fun and rewarding. Special mention for the good humor of the teacher who makes the experience even more pleasant.

Successful experience with Chef Nicolas. We had a pleasant time in his company as well as with the group. He taught us several simple cooking tips and techniques that I can’t wait to put into practice in my kitchen!
Beyond the teaching provided, Nicolas communicates to us his passion for the culinary arts which he elevates to the rank of art. Simple, playful and fun at the same time, our workshop led to wonderful sushi and makis that we ended up enjoying together during a happy dinner. I highly recommend!!!
