I discovered this restaurant yesterday in Nantes with three friends. We had the fish with pepper and quinoa sauce: very good (perhaps it needed a pinch of salt), followed by a floating island dessert: absolutely divine! Served on a large plate: oh my! A firm island drizzled with salted caramel, sprinkled with toasted slivered almonds, and floating on a velvety-smooth crème anglaise! I'll be back! The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. A must-try. My only slight criticism: the decor is a bit dark!

Friendly staff, we ate well. Prices are a bit high. Tables are small for what we ordered (raclette for two), but the atmosphere is very pleasant. I would recommend it.
