Sapio sur Nantes

We booked a 2-hour cooking workshop at Sapio for a bachelorette party. We had a wonderful time. Afterwards, we enjoyed eating our creations, and Sapio offered us sparkling wine. A unique experience! Cook together and enjoy!

It was a wonderful experience working alongside Jérôme and the other apprentices. The teamwork was fantastic. We were able to add our knowledge of cooking techniques for greater efficiency, flavor, and speed. For me, who's used to using a lot of spices in cooking, it was incredible to see how you can achieve such delicious results with so few spices! I'll definitely do it again! Thank you, Jérôme!

We held our team-building event at Sapio last April. The first part was dedicated to our annual meeting. Sapio provided us with a meeting room equipped with a projector and complimentary coffee. The cooking workshop was the second part. Every employee truly enjoyed the activities offered, and everyone embraced the role of apprentice chef. Jérôme's support throughout the team-building event was excellent; a huge thank you for this experience, which helped strengthen team cohesion!

Preparing a meal at a restaurant—what a crazy idea for a team activity! Needless to say, I was skeptical. But in just one hour, in a fantastic atmosphere, the chef managed to energize 12 novice and unruly cooks. In the last 10 days, I've already recooked the fish twice. Pure genius on every level.

We organized a workshop followed by an evening event with Sapio for our teams, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. A huge thank you to Jérôme and his entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and support throughout the event. The organization was impeccable, the venue very pleasant, and the culinary challenge was a real success: a friendly, team-building experience that was greatly appreciated by all our employees. All the teams left delighted, with wonderful memories. We highly recommend Sapio for this type of event and would be very happy to work with them again.
