14/01/2025: I am a meat lover. Thus, I am leaving my comment only for food here. In Paris, it is difficult to find a good steak restaurant in terms of the quality and the portion based on fair value. I think Chez Georges provides good steak at the best value in Paris. I recommend Côte de bœuf for 2 portion. I do not have photo since I was not able to stop after my initial bite.

11/01/2025: The dishes are classic French brasserie dishes and rather expensive. Haddock fish and mash €26, quite ordinary and huge egg and snow dessert €12 (otherwise called Floating Islands). The mash was too salty and the custard very sweet. It was only indicated on the menu that the fish was cooked with old mustard. I asked for a bottle of sparkling water and was given Perrier without offering me a choice between several waters. In short, everything is quite approximate. The restaurant was busy with tourists and it reminded me of a tourist trap. Rather disappointed Kind and helpful young waiters with a bombastic side which seems to be the style they should adopt... in short, I won't go back there!
