I tried Sorbotel in Nantes, and they had the best ice cream I've ever had. I LOVED it... I could have given it 5 stars, but for that I'd need to find one in my area 🥰

28/02/2026: Pure bliss. A welcome of such warmth that I've rarely encountered it in the world of gastronomy (and I'm starting to have a fair amount of experience in this area). The Chef makes you want to take the time to enjoy the best possible moment in his company and with the exquisite dishes he creates. I absolutely recommend the restaurant and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you for everything.
