Excellent Japanese restaurant. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered. The dining room is large, well laid out, and air-conditioned. Located in the Marais, a very pleasant and lively neighborhood. The restaurant closes its kitchen at 11 pm, which is convenient if you want to come a little later.

Brochette used to be a lot juicier and they recently changed the accompanying rice from Japanese to a long grain, which is very disappointing. Sushi is good value though, sometimes stingy on the wasabi

18/05/2026: Excellent sushi shop, I'm a regular customer and have never had a problem. The service is quick and efficient, and the sushi is always delicious. A bit pricey, but take advantage of the student discounts and Wednesday specials!
