We had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday there, in rainy weather which made the experience, nestled high above the old village, all the more spectacular and invigorating, as were the dishes themselves. You truly live in the moment, losing track of time and reconnecting with reality with your loved ones for a precious instant! Every ingredient is used in its entirety throughout the meal, and the chef shares the history of the place. Don't hesitate to lose yourself in the heart of this village surrounded by beautiful nature. P.S.: Everything is organic.

What talent! The food and wine pairing was absolutely perfect – thank you, wonderful Gaby!

A glass-walled room, seating six guests that lunchtime, with dark green walls and ceiling, opens onto the valley. Refined cuisine, bursting with vegetal flavors, herbs, and citrus, which we enjoyed identifying. True surprises for the eyes and the palate, accompanied by surprising, natural, yet excellent wines ;) One of the best dining experiences we've had in our (already long) lives, one we'll want to share with our loved ones. Thank you for the warm welcome.

A very good experience; all the tastings were excellent and the portions were very generous. The only downside was that it was a bit long and the music was a little loud. I recommend it; congratulations!

In a natural setting! A very warm welcome! Service in a friendly atmosphere. A wonderfully varied meal with a wide range of flavors. A truly unique culinary experience. Congratulations to the chef and her team. Thank you for this wonderful time, which makes us want to return.

An extraordinary discovery. Every bite was enchanting, the pleasure complete. First, the visual delight, the elegance of the dishes; second, the flavor; and finally, the explosion of floral, tangy, or sensual sensations in the mouth. We loved every dish presented to us. It was impossible to choose one over another. In short, still under its spell two days later, I convinced our friends to discover this magical place and meet this chef and her assistant in April or May, as the bad weather prevented us from enjoying the final explanations. This is only a goodbye for now, because although we didn't have a choice of menu, the intensity of the pleasure shared with the other guests convinced us that we will return to discover other dishes created by this exceptional duo.

Incredible! Second time here. And we're going again and it's still just as fantastic. From the welcome, the setting, the food, to the wines. We'll never get tired of it :)
