Incredible! Second time here. And we're going again and it's still just as fantastic. From the welcome, the setting, the food, to the wines. We'll never get tired of it :)

We had a wonderful evening. Gaby is always so welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The cocktails were absolutely perfect! Bravo! 👍 The meal is always so interesting and full of surprises; it delights our taste buds every time you visit! Gaby knows exactly how to pair each wine—a real treat. We can't wait to return to this magnificent place.

We always return with pleasure to this magical, timeless place. The tasting menu is a delight for the taste buds; the flavors and local produce come together perfectly. The warm welcome and Gaby's smile make it easy to spend a pleasant time with friends or family.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable: the setting is elegant, the welcome warm, and the establishment clearly demonstrates a genuine desire to offer something different. You can sense the creativity and ambition, which is very commendable. However, I sometimes felt there was a bit too much to discover at once. It's easy to get lost and search for the overall flow of the experience. The cuisine, while full of ideas, sometimes seemed too unstructured: it's difficult to discern the original ingredients, which deserve to be showcased more effectively. The establishment has real potential, and I'm convinced that by finding a clearer direction, the experience could become truly remarkable. I'll gladly return to see how the menu evolves, as there's a solid foundation and a genuine desire to do things well.

Such an intimate place where you will enjoy delicate dishes in front of a beautiful scenery... Food comes from local places if it is not from their own garden. Wine and cocktail are fine because the lady is in charge ;)

A magnificent New Year's Eve celebration. Everything was perfect, from the food to the drinks. Surprises and originality abounded.
