Aqua Edo sur Strasbourg

Maybe I'm too spoiled. I know sushi from a literal master. But the sushi here fills you up, but something else is great. Not grippy, taste mediocre. I have no idea why there was a bit of cheese sauce on my plate. It just doesn't belong there. If you love sushi, stay away from there. You will be disappointed. If you want to be full, it's actually okay. But that was it. I can't recommend it. Maybe people just eat differently in France and tend to change dishes so drastically. It just tastes like fast food.

This restaurant is nicknamed "explosion of flavors". I recommend compositions, good big portions and it's good!

We have eaten there regularly as a family for several years. Everything is excellent and very fresh. The service is provided by students who do not necessarily speak French very well, but when there is a smile and kindness, I find that completely forgivable. If you are in a hurry, this is not the ideal restaurant but the wait is worth it. THANKS

I was without knowing it, and I loved it. I had the lunch menu for €12.90, the coleslaw as a starter and the grilled salmon and rice as a main course were very good.

First place to recommend for sushi lovers in Strasbourg, nice price and big portion. But avoid going there at peak times (Friday/Saturday nights). The composition of their menu is very good and valuable, contains different sushi/maki/sashimi. Been there at least 10 times!

Looking for a Japanese restaurant in the area, we came across this one, where we were kindly welcomed! The service was great, the food good, and it helped us out a lot.
