Well, it's done! After talking about it for so long, tonight we went to the Aquar'Aile restaurant. When the elevator dropped us off upstairs, it was... Wow! A magnificent view was a feast for the eyes. Then the menu and its various dishes made our mouths water. Pollack for me, carbonnade for him—a real treat for the taste buds. (Just a minor point for us: the carbonnade lacked spices, like our grandparents used to make.) But honestly, the view, the quality of the food, the service—it was a wonderful evening. Thank you, I highly recommend it! 😊

Fantastic experience at Aquar’Aile! The view is simply magnificent and the setting is lovely. The place is well laid out, clean, and ideal for a relaxing time with family or friends. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing; I highly recommend it.

A magnificent view, a pleasant setting. A tempting menu… but unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to expectations, especially the main course (scallops and truffle risotto sounded amazing on paper, but the risotto was bland, overcooked, and lacked a refined sauce to complement the scallops). As frequent diners of all kinds, and easily impressed, we were disappointed on our third visit. Something has changed in the kitchen…

The view must be lovely when the fog isn't blowing, of course. The service was good. I had the €38 set menu, and what's really annoying is this habit of adding extra charges. In my case, the meat was €10. It was cooked as requested, but nothing exceptional. The purslane salad was supposed to be replaced with a small spinach salad. They don't warn you beforehand; you're presented with a fait accompli when it arrives. The salad was served on a nice plate, but it looked like it had been tossed on with a few croutons and a little vinaigrette. The scallops were an extra €7, and they really deserved a little sauce. The dessert was good, in my opinion. So, yes, it's not bad, and yes, there's a view if you're seated near the windows, but I won't be going back given the prices and the price adjustments, which I find excessive.

A very pleasant experience. Good products and excellent cuisine. Service was sometimes slow, but you quickly forget about it once you're served.

Good evening, a restaurant with a magnificent view, attentive staff, impeccable service, and delicious dishes. We went there on Monday, February 2nd, and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend it. Thank you to the restaurant team and the kitchen for this wonderful time spent there. Bravo!
