The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, and the staff is top-notch: the waiters and waitresses are very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. 15/10/2026: I visited Strasbourg because I heard that a dish called CHOUCROUTE is famous there, and it is a flavor that meat lovers would enjoy. Although I couldn't get used to the pickled onions due to their distinctive sour taste no matter how much I ate, the various meats stood out with their own distinct flavors, free from any gamey odor. I also tried BAECKEOFFE, a traditional local dish, but it had such a strong, distinctive aroma that even I, who am sensitive to meaty smells, found it difficult to eat. Since it is such a famous place, there is a high chance it will be full if you visit during peak meal times.
