Excellent restaurant, the meat was delicious. I had a hanger steak with mushrooms 👍👍, absolutely perfect. The meat was tender, already sliced ​​on a platter, and served in two courses. We've known FOSSIL since the 80s and keep coming back to enjoy their incredibly delicious onglet à l'echalotte. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy.

29/04/2026: Discovered the restaurant while strolling around. Exquisite dish with refined presentation, service with a smile and a touch of humor. Good value for money.
15/04/2026: We ate here last night and it was some of the most delicious food we've ever had. The filet was excellent, the side dishes were incredibly tasty, the sauces amazing, and the dessert was divine. We would have loved to order everything again and never stop! ☺️ The service was also top-notch and very, very friendly!

25/04/2026: Superb. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere and decor are very nice. The service was impeccable. The dishes were very generous and delicious (they really are very generous portions). We ordered one dish to share between the two of us for our children, who also loved it.
09/04/2026: A gem in Strasbourg. Alsatian specialties served in an outstanding manner. Everything tasted fantastic. A huge compliment to the owner. Tip: The choucroute platter is enough for two.
