The food (sliced ​​steaks) is delicious and the portion is more than generous. The service is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend eating here. The price-performance ratio is also excellent.

We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The food was excellent. I'm not usually a fan of rare meat, but I really enjoyed it. The portions were generous, so we were well taken care of. However, regarding the service, while it's not a general rule, I think it's best to refrain from making comments when a customer doesn't drink alcohol; you don't know their history. Aside from this minor issue, I highly recommend this restaurant for meat lovers.

Without a doubt, the best steaks in Strasbourg, the wines are excellent and very reasonably priced! And something that's becoming rare in this world of raw food, they present the cheeses to you before you taste them, and at the perfect temperature too – a big thumbs up!

A fantastic experience at Fossil! I had a gourmet coffee, and it was by far the most generous I've ever had. There was so much to enjoy, and everything was delicious. In terms of value for money and quantity, it was absolutely excellent. A very pleasant surprise; I highly recommend it!

02/09/2026: We last ate there over 10 years ago and had a very good meal back then. When we were back in Strasbourg, it was clear we wanted to eat there again. And once again, we weren't disappointed. The food was still high quality and tasted fantastic. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everything runs smoothly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. We'll definitely be back!

01/10/2026: Not bad. The pork knuckle was roasted to perfection, and the sauce was rich and delicious. The signature Queen's Puff Pastry Box was pretty good, very French-style, but a bit greasy, and the meat was quite dry.
30/09/2026: Excellent place! Superb food, impeccable service, pleasant terrace. Be sure to book ahead, the establishment is very popular.
