I chose the tasting menu for €52, but the experience was unfortunately not up to par. The dishes were not bad in themselves, but there were too many approximations to justify such a price. Let's start with the atmosphere: the state of the room frankly leaves something to be desired, with chairs with damaged coverings, clearly visible cobwebs and even a crack in the wall. The general atmosphere was also disturbed by the tense and unprofessional exchanges between the waiting staff and the kitchen, which added to a certain awkwardness. Please note, however, that the server in charge of our table fulfilled his role perfectly and is in no way responsible for this atmosphere. On the plate side, the starters and dishes lacked finesse, both in terms of flavors and presentation, which is disappointing for the flagship menu of an establishment that aims to be bistronomic. As for the desserts, they were clearly not at the expected level. In summary, despite some positive points, the entire service does not justify either the asking price or the expected gastronomic interest. Damage.

Pleasant service, pleasant location and the cuisine...a delight!

One of my favorite restaurants in Annecy! The Business menu is always on top! Too bad the new Mayor closed the terrace, why? As he banned other terraces in Annecy. The mayor is drowning out merchants. I hope Aromatik will hang on until the next mayor.

Excellent restaurant on all points: location, service, food. The dishes are elaborate and tasteful. The menu has a very good vegetarian option; just as elaborate as the dishes, which is pleasant. The quantities are generous (even the cheese plate). Superb experience, it was amazing!

Si on est de passage, on pourrait facilement passer à côté de ce restaurant et ça serait dommage. Il est situé en dehors de la zone ultra-touristique tout en étant à proximité. Carte courte et grandes saveurs, pas de doute on a affaire à un chef talentueux. Service souriant.

Bien situé , accueil et personnels souriants, plats bien cuisinés mais pas surprenants on finit par des desserts pas à la hauteur des entrées et plats, notamment le dessert à base d'agrumes avec une madeleine recouverte de chocolat sans aucun intérêt, dommage
