Arras, Friterie Arrageoise sur Arras

As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.

We got two kebabs and fries to go tonight, very good, generous portions. It's not our first time here and it's always excellent! Thank you and best of luck!

Super good chip shop!!! Too bad the owner of the chip shop next door ruined our evening because of a table that was overbooked... what a shame... Arras chip shop, well done and keep it up

A superb chip shop right in the heart of Arras! The fries have certainly changed, but we're still quite full! (Even for the big eaters...🍖) The service is friendly and pleasant, it's perfect! Even during the Andouillette Festival, we were able to be served and find a seat, which was a real pleasure! 🫶🏼👍🏼
