The dishes were super good (chicken and chich, well marinated and tender chicken served with very good rice and a salad) but also the mezze (sambousek lehmeh and cheese meme I forgot their names) must be reserved before going there. go otherwise you risk not finding a place.
Top service, restaurant manager and waiters are attentive, funny, and serve you quickly without making you wait!
The prices are pretty decent, a tad expensive compared to what we see elsewhere but it's worth it given the taste! I would definitely come back!

This was the most amazing experience in food and service! We went to the wrong location yet they more than accommodated us at the last minute! The owner was gracious, kind and even personally made sure we were pleased. We got the chef's choice and had the most tasty experience of all kinds of Lebonese cuisine - a definite food memory and welcoming atmosphere!

Excellent authentic Lebanese restaurant! There were seven of us instead of six people and the service provided us with an additional table despite a full evening. It was very nice. The dinner was delicious and the fruit dish offered was the highlight of our unforgettable evening at Assannabel!

Assuming that opinions are always subjective and depend on the personal preferences and tastes of each customer, I must say that the satisfaction and smile with which my wife and I left the restaurant are unusual.
The friendliness, the service, the proximity and respect for the customer, the quality of the food, all of this made our dinner in Paris, at the Assanabel Republique, a very pleasant experience.
Needless to say, we will come back and try the fresh fruit plate you so kindly offered us after dessert, but we couldn't eat anything else!
By the way, the homemade pastries were delicious. We will see you again soon! !!!
