Absolutely fantastic! The couscous was delicious; all the necessary elements for a complete couscous were present and flavorful. Furthermore, the mint tea with pastries for dessert was a sweet treat to end the meal on the best possible note. A superb experience, which I highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant, clean and well-decorated. Great atmosphere. We went as a party of three. We had an aperitif, two couscous dishes, and a tagine with tea for €84. Unlimited semolina and vegetables... It was worth it!

Excellent couscous: the meat is really very good and there's a lovely terrace at the back of the restaurant. Children's menu €12.50 including couscous, a drink, and dessert. Berber couscous €17.50, white beer €8.

A wonderful discovery on Rue de Charenton. The welcome is warm and the cuisine is a true culinary journey. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. I particularly enjoyed the delicate oriental pastries served with mint tea, the perfect way to end the meal. An authentic place that I highly recommend.

06/07/2026: Mavromatis has deserved its Michelin star for a quarter of a century. And it's not likely to lose it anytime soon. Between the amuse-bouches and petits fours, a beautiful starter: a revisited fish soup (delicious), Bresse chicken and snail croquette (delicious), and a very elaborate dessert (delicious)... it's easy to see why Mavromatis opened its second restaurant next door, Les Délices d'Aphrodite. At the flagship restaurant, you're treated like royalty, by an attentive and discreet team, taking excellent care of you. The breads are homemade, the Greek wines wonderfully chosen. A beautiful setting, elegant and understated, with well-spaced tables. Everything to please, including a selection of relatively affordable menus, considering the quality. In short, more than ever, highly recommended!
