Atelier Bour sur Cagnes-Sur-Mer

I've been a customer since they opened, so I'm used to the slowest sales assistants in the department, but on top of that, they're becoming unpleasant and rude! I just encountered one I'd never seen before. Not only did she make a mistake giving me the wrong change, but she also had the nerve to tell me it was my fault? Of course, no apology or remorse, even though it was entirely her fault! I don't understand their recruitment system. They hire the best pastry chefs and bakers, but also the worst sales assistants.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent bakery! The products are truly delicious and of very high quality, with a wide selection and amazing flavors. Special mention goes to the waitress, who is lovely, smiling, and very pleasant. It's such a pleasure to be welcomed so warmly! I wholeheartedly recommend this bakery, both for the quality of the products and the service. A truly wonderful place! 🥐🥖❤️

Excellent quality and fresh products! The team is fantastic 👌

The best sandwiches with top-quality ingredients, super friendly, I highly recommend it 👍😍

One of the best boulangerie in the area.

Good bakery, very good pastries, but it's a factory, the service isn't always up to par.

I like this bakery; the products are good, and the service is generally good too. However, last time I went, a saleswoman's bracelet touched a slice of pizza. It wasn't a big deal, but hygiene-wise… when selling near food, they should make sure the jewelry doesn't touch the food. Also, I left a tip and didn't get a thank you. It's a shame; we know the job isn't always well-paid, but the least they could do is say thank you.

Very, very good, well done! Quality product, clean, very friendly saleswoman, excellent welcome, top-notch customer service, smiling and welcoming saleswoman. I highly recommend it, delicious 😋 😋 😋 See you soon, I hope, God willing, kisses 😚

The bakery and the deli: excellent. The waitress: not friendly at all. In August, they're substitutes... It shows.

Excellent bread and cake, everything is very good, friendly staff, thank you, see you soon!
