Local cuisine with excellent quality ingredients and generous portions. The setting is unique (former stables) and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend!

Chez David is such a charming restaurant in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The host and wait staff were friendly and helpful and the food was plentiful and delicious. The beef stew and gnocchi was one of the best meals we ate the entire time we were in France and I highly recommend eating here if you are in the area.

Always a friendly welcome, delicious dishes that you don't see everywhere (they have the best burger I've ever tasted, with a slice of marinated pepper that changes everything). A restaurant to discover, really, outside the usual tourist circuit.

04/04/2026: The owner is kind and courteous, the atmosphere is pleasant even if it's touristy, and the prices are reasonable and appreciated: Two of us each had the dish of the day (a single dish: skewer, chips, salad, and spicy sauce) plus a beer, a soft drink, and two coffees, for a total of €50. Satisfied
01/04/2026: Everything is very tasty, you are greeted at the entrance by friendly owners, if you don't speak French, it doesn't matter, they know English, are friendly, worry about the quality of the product, if you are a tourist, always take the offer of the day, it was unbeatable

03/05/2026: We had very soft and generous crepes; they were original and there was a wide selection. The ice cream and cider were also good quality. We were served relatively quickly by a pleasant waitress. I recommend it.
03/04/2026: Good food but they over charged us without an apology and with a bit a attitude when returning what's due.
