Seeing all the good reviews, we came to try it out, and were quite disappointed. Nothing exceptional, the service was cold and disorganized, the dishes were fairly good but there wasn't enough garnish on the plates.

17/02/2026: Valentine's Day Dinner A tasting menu of a series of small dishes, all truly excellent. Lots of fish (perfect for us), but also some amazing Kobe beef.
15/02/2026: Passing through Aix-les-Bains, Le 59 was a real find. The dishes are perfectly balanced, and the service and welcome are pleasant.
