Atlantic Express sur Brest

We went to Oceanopolis with my partner a few days ago. We were shocked to see the lack of space in the aquariums for certain fish, and the worst was for the penguins and the seals (we actually saw some seals going in circles, going back and forth in the water, like many animals that we see in videos on the internet)! We were hesitant to come because we were afraid of the somewhat "zoo" side, seeing animals that are supposed to live in very large environments, in such small spaces, it really hurts the heart, they don't have the looking happy, they are bored, going in circles... Afterwards we don't question that they are well treated by the staff, who seem to take very good care of them. But why not make larger arrangements for them with the surface area and capacity that is available in this establishment. And why have animals that are supposed to live in the extreme cold and in wide open spaces in a place like that in Brittany? All this for the pleasure of humans? Personally, I didn't enjoy seeing them like that! Of course it's always a wonder to see animals like that, but I'd rather not see them than see them confined in such small spaces.

For the price, 20/25€, quite disappointing. It's still not too bad but, in my opinion, not very competitive compared to other parks of this nature.

A great place when it is rainy outside. A high quality tour, authentic visualizations. Best visited outside of school holidays when it is not so busy. The staff was very supportive

A little disappointed... But hey, when you know Nausicaa, it's difficult not to make a comparison... On the other hand, the restaurant is top notch. And the shop assistant was very pleasant.

Very nice view, the walk was great

We were well received during a visit offered by the museum with our 4th grade students. The day was reserved for schools, traffic was fluid between the pavilions. Perhaps the educational booklets that were distributed to us were not exactly adapted, or our students were not at their best concentration... In any case, it is quite complicated to write at the same time as visit. The restaurant was made available to us for the picnic. End of the visit at 2:30 p.m., almost an hour before the scheduled time. We took a walk on the port. Free entry was offered to each of our students for a later visit with their family. Everyone was happy with this day!

We really liked it. We rediscovered it after several years of absence. Looking forward to the end of the work

Very beautiful perspectives inviting both daydreaming but also admiration of the beauty of a world associated with oceans, coasts, near and far.

It’s a shame that the work in progress is disturbing the visitor circuit.
