Au Bistrot Du Boucher sur Pibrac

18/12/2024: The restaurant is a little gem in Pibrac. The atmosphere is very, very friendly, the food is very good quality and varied. The price-quality ratio is good. We come every week!

30/09/2024: On my walk from the Pibrac train station to the Basilica this morning, on a day trip from Toulouse, I stopped at Le Sainte-Germaine for a coffee. After talking with the lovely owner, I made a lunch reservation. And it was a good thing I did! By the time I returned a little after noon, the restaurant was hopping, with a couple of other tourists, but mostly locals. I had the plat du jour, which was delicious, but there is also a fairly extensive menu, including three entrée and three dessert choices. (I had a pear tart for dessert that was scrumptious!)
