I used GL Catering for a cocktail reception at my birthday party. Communication was quick, they answered all my questions, and the delivery was perfectly organized. The platters were beautifully presented, everything was clearly labeled, making it easy to use throughout the evening. Special dishes, such as gluten-free options, were kept separate. Everyone gave me positive feedback on the food. I'd also like to add that the value for money is excellent. The dishes are original and reasonably priced considering the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend them!

Of all the vendors who supported us on our wedding day (and well before), GL Catering was one of the most impressive. We had the pleasure of being guided by Karine throughout the entire process leading up to the big day, from the initial contact to the final menu selection and tasting. I highly recommend them. Karine is warm, detail-oriented, and provides excellent support and advice (they were the ones who directed us to the perfect supplier for our spirits, by the way). To top it all off, the organization continued seamlessly right up to the day itself, with a team that clearly knows their craft and continues to support us throughout this exceptional day. Special mention goes to Alison and Jérôme, who were outstanding in every aspect! For the meal, we opted for the duck breast, which was cooked to absolute perfection. Everything was delicious, including the dessert. I recommend them without hesitation.
