Of all the vendors who supported us on our wedding day (and well before), GL Catering was one of the most impressive. We had the pleasure of being guided by Karine throughout the entire process leading up to the big day, from the initial contact to the final menu selection and tasting. I highly recommend them. Karine is warm, detail-oriented, and provides excellent support and advice (they were the ones who directed us to the perfect supplier for our spirits, by the way). To top it all off, the organization continued seamlessly right up to the day itself, with a team that clearly knows their craft and continues to support us throughout this exceptional day. Special mention goes to Alison and Jérôme, who were outstanding in every aspect! For the meal, we opted for the duck breast, which was cooked to absolute perfection. Everything was delicious, including the dessert. I recommend them without hesitation.

We booked their cocktail reception and meal services (from appetizers to cheese) plus the late-night bar. For dessert, we used a pastry chef, but we should have gone with GL as well! We were worried about the result, the service time, whether everyone would be served at the same time, and whether the food would be hot. Everything was perfect; they handled everything brilliantly!
