AU Boeuf Rouge sur Ensisheim

Je suis venu au bœuf rouge pour manger du bœuf. Et je n'ai pas été déçu ! Le faux filet du chef était vraiment sympa et servi en sacrée quantité ! Cuisson nickel par rapport à ce qui a été demandé. Pour le reste, ce n'est pas la folie. Les frites surgelées sont peu intéressantes et le pain de cantine tout léger, sec et sans saveur est choquant dans un vrai restaurant. Les desserts industriels ne m'ont pas tenté et n'ont donc pas été testés. Service correct. Au final, je retiens une (très) bonne pièce de bœuf (c'est quand même l'essentiel !) mais pas grand chose de fabuleux à côté.

I have known this establishment for a long time and the food is still good. On the other hand, I find that the service has changed...they are not enough, they are running in all directions and there is no time for the tables....we waited almost 30 minutes for them to come and take our aperitif order. ... Also 1 toilet for everyone is still clearly insufficient... Otherwise I repeat in terms of cuisine...quality and price I highly recommend 👍

Food was very tasty and a lot of it. Too bad the main course wasn't served to both at the same time.

We ate very well, however the manager will recognize my comment after telling him in person. The service is much too long due to lack of staff. (Efficient waiter but understaffed for a Friday evening) We waited 45 minutes before taking the order for the aperitif... We almost hesitated to leave the restaurant...

We ate very well at Boeuf rouge. Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the welcome, the only downside is that it is very noisy eating on the terrace. I recommend this restaurant.

Delicious asparagus and extra pork shank

Le Boeuf Rouge redevient un restaurant quelconque... Les spaetzles semblaient industrielles et bien que le serveur m'a assuré de l'inverse, j'ai du mal à le croire. Par contre la viande était bonne. Mais aucune décoration dans l'assiette, pas de légumes... En dessert j'ai pris une crème brûlée : tout droit sortie telle quelle du frigo... il serait bien de faire brûler (comme il se doit) le dessus de la crème au dernier moment afin qu'elle ne soit pas si froide. Et la couleur était suspecte... Par contre ma femme a pris une torche aux marrons et apparemment elle était bonne. Le service était tout a fait correct. Bref, je n'y vais que pour les occasions spéciales, ben je n'y suis pas prêt d'y retourner car le niveau n'est plus là. Vraiment déçu.
