Au Bon Accueil sur Oradour-Sur-Glane

There were two of us having lunch (1:50 pm) in the restaurant. The welcome was friendly. The decor and furniture are stuck in 1970; the reproductions of paintings on the walls are completely faded by the sun. A refrigerator starts up every minute and a half for a full minute. It's quite annoying... The food was decent, and we ate well. The hotel is particularly dated, but clean. Room 2 has two double beds with a shower and toilet. The beds are practically on the floor. The walls are completely bare, and there's a wardrobe made of wood and fabric, also in the style of 1970s Ikea. The bathroom was clean, but there were no cups to rinse off after brushing your teeth. Breakfast is served from 8:30 am. The price of breakfast is €9.50 per person. Clearly excessive for one croissant, one piece of baguette, some jam, a bottle of orange juice, and a coffee. Price of the twin room: €75 (if I remember correctly), not worth it, but oh well... A mixed experience, nothing more.

We were lucky enough to discover this restaurant during our visit to Oradour; the homemade lasagne was delicious and generous!

Amazing place! The pizzas are homemade and delicious, just like the rest of the menu.

Superb welcome. We came as a family with six children, including two babies. They made sure we were all seated in the shade. We ate well: simple but delicious home cooking. The lasagna was good, the pizzas too (crispy crust), and the desserts were very good as well. We had a great time, thank you for the warm welcome.

Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. The waitress was very kind, smiling, and attentive. The food was really good; you can tell it's homemade. I recommend this unassuming little restaurant.

What a wonderful time we had at this restaurant! We were delighted by the quality of the food. Everything was delicious, from the perfectly melted pizza to the crème brûlée served in its terracotta ramekin. The setting is truly lovely. We particularly appreciated the fresh salads and the perfectly cooked meat. A fantastic place to discover when visiting Oradour-sur-Glane.

Very good simple lunch outside with plenty of shade under umbrellas and an awning. Also many tables inside. Lunchtime menu offers salads, gratins served with frites or green salad, meat dishes including bugers and steak, a fish dish and a selection of starters & desserts. Quick courteous service on a Friday lunchtime 👍😊

The Limousin beef was very good and the blue cheese sauce very generous.
