Very warm welcome...we came without a reservation, following a medical appointment in the area...and had a great meal...the spaetzle were excellent 👌😉 and my husband loved his chicken escalope with mushroom sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant...👌😉

As I walked by, I saw they had fish sauerkraut and decided to go in. It was definitely a great choice. Delicious and reasonably priced. It's not your typical tourist trap, but a real local eatery.

I had an amazing dinner experience at Au Bon Coin d’Alsace in Strasbourg. This charming, family-run restaurant truly feels like a hidden local gem, no tourists in sight, just a cozy atmosphere filled with regulars enjoying authentic Alsatian food. The warm ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable, and the service was genuinely welcoming. The staff speak English as well, which was very helpful. We tried the tarte flambée and the chicken rosti, and both dishes were incredibly tasty. The flavors were authentic, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable for the quality and quantity served. It’s the kind of place that leaves you fully satisfied and wanting to return. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Strasbourg and looking for real Alsatian cuisine to try.
