La Cloche a Fromage sur Strasbourg

Anyone visiting Strasbourg should definitely plan an evening at this restaurant! Lovely atmosphere, good food, attentive service.

It seems a bit pricey, but the all-you-can-eat fondue/raclette offers excellent value for money. It was incredibly delicious (we had the classic fondue, garlic fondue, and goat cheese fondue), and despite eating a lot, we didn't leave feeling stuffed. The food was perfectly seasoned, and our wine recommendation was also excellent. We'd gladly come again!

A larger Pluspunkt is the Sprachvielfalt: Es wird Französisch, Englisch und teilweise sogar Deutsch gesprochen – man muss also keinerlei Berührungsängste haben. The price of the Raclette is absolutely fair. Einziges kleines Manko: Wir waren zu zweit dort und der Tisch war leider etwas eng. We will definitely come back! You can tell the servers are very well trained; they take the time to explain everything with passion, and the welcome is particularly warm. A real plus: the team speaks French, English, and even a little German, which immediately puts you at ease. As for the price, the raclette is very reasonably priced. The only slight drawback was that there were two of us and our table was unfortunately a bit cramped. Nevertheless, we will return with great pleasure!

I visited La Cloche à Fromage in Strasbourg and had an absolutely memorable experience. We started with a Carpaccio de betteraves Chioggia with fresh goat cheese mousse — light, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Then came the raclette and a garlic-infused fondue that were simply incredible. Every dish was rich, authentic and deeply satisfying. The staff were warm, welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. For raclette or fondue, the price is around €36 per person, but it includes unlimited refills, which definitely adds value to the experience. Overall, it’s not the most budget-friendly option, but the quality and flavors make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended if you’re in Strasbourg and want to enjoy a true cheese-lover’s experience!

Delicious cheese delicacies with fun ways to enjoy your food

The raclette was a fantastic experience. The cheese, potatoes, and cured meats were practically unlimited, and the price was more than fair considering the quality and quantity of the products. The large cheese bowl displayed at the entrance was also beautiful.

My girlfriend and I each ordered the raclette. Since we don't eat meat, we had potatoes and vegetables. The food was very tasty, but you pay €90 for "cheese and vegetables".

First thought, touristy area? Bad restaurant? But no! Actually great food, awesome cheeses! Staff is very friendly and willing. And the vibe checks out, would eat here again 100%
