Wonderful. The fondue in Alsace was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Everything was delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly. Perhaps it's advisable to order a starter and fondue or raclette together, rather than one each, as it's quite a lot of food. Perfect quality/service ratio. Congratulations!

A wonderful discovery thanks to a friend's recommendation. Passing through Strasbourg, I had lunch: veal kidneys and a cheese plate for dessert, with the added bonus of a presentation of the cheeses by the manager. I felt like I was at a wine tasting, he was so professional and attentive to the customer. In short, go for it!

Having passed through Strasbourg for over 20 years, this place is a must-see for us!

The taste was there, but the execution left much to be desired—a fondue that separated after 10 seconds! We sent the first one back as soon as it was served, and the second one didn't last much longer before falling apart, but we resigned ourselves to eating it and ordering another variety afterward. However, the "expert" brought us the same one again. We told him it wasn't the right one, and he said, and I quote, "Ah yes, in my enthusiasm I made a mistake," and left. What's really a shame is that everything is there for a wonderful experience: the ingredients are undeniably high quality, and the atmosphere is pleasant. But if I'm going to pay €40 for a fondue, I expect a well-prepared dish, not the rubbery mass we received. According to the waitress, we had stirred it too much, but the dish had barely arrived.

Simply SUPERB!!! If we could, we'd give it 10 stars!!! We spontaneously traveled from Mainz because we heard about this restaurant. We are cheese lovers, so we had high expectations. These were far exceeded. We were lucky enough to get a table by the window. We arrived on Friday at lunchtime (deliberately... to avoid the weekend evening rush) ...the best decision. The service was very attentive and spoke several languages. (We have been restaurateurs ourselves for over 30 years.) Not intrusive, always present, yet discreetly in the background. We ordered two "Cheese Time Travel" platters. EACH of the 29 cheese specialties was lovingly, competently, and thoroughly presented and explained to us. After this wonderful experience, we were then able to buy our favorite NEW cheeses in the shop across the street. This certainly won't be our last visit. Great team, great cheese, fantastic experience! We'll be back!

My sweetheart and I hadn't planned on eating here initially. Walking past, we saw two people eating raclette from a wheel of cheese, and it made us want to try it! So we ordered a wheel, and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress told us it weighed about 2 kg, and we certainly made the most of it: there were barely 800 g left at the end, haha! It was our first time trying raclette during our stay in Strasbourg, and we don't regret it at all; it's a truly worthwhile experience. One small thing to note: the €37.90 raclette is per person, not for two, so be sure to check the price carefully to avoid any surprises. The only slight downside was that when we asked for more charcuterie, the quantity was rather small, and the ham that was served at the beginning, which was very good, was no longer available. Otherwise, a very good overall experience, delicious raclette, and a pleasant and friendly waiter!

The fondue was by far the best I've ever had. The raclette with Morbier cheese was also great. A huge selection of all kinds of cheeses. The service was pleasant, however, the dining room is very noisy because it's poorly soundproofed.

A good place to eat, with quality cheeses and pleasant service. The all-you-can-eat option offers good value for money. A minor drawback is the side dishes, particularly the charcuterie, which is very basic and rather bland. Another negative point: the table didn't match the intimate and discreet space promised before booking.
