The location is convenient, close to Annecy train station. The service is quick if you're in a hurry, and it's friendly with friends. The cocktails are good. The welcome was courteous. However, some points need improvement, which is essential in a restaurant: the lack of toilet hygiene, the absence of toilet paper even with two roll holders, and the lack of soap at the start of the evening service. Yet, when we arrived, the servers were waiting behind the counter. As for the food, it's basic, but that's the concept. The bread, however, lacks freshness; it tastes like it was left over from the previous service. For these reasons, I'm not giving it 5/5.

Passing through Annecy, I stopped there with my family. I love this chain and I often go there near my home in the Paris region and Normandy. And here, no surprises, the quality is there. I'll definitely go back on my next visit.
