I went there today for a hot chocolate. I was very surprised and disappointed to find that the hot chocolate was made with water, not milk! Furthermore, it was priced at €4. I find that very expensive for such a tasteless chocolate, the kind you'd get at a motorway service station. Thanks to the waitress who replaced it once with more chocolate, but it was still disappointing. This should be mentioned on the menu, and the price should be lower accordingly.

Friendly, professional staff who didn't falter despite the crowds brought by the Christmas market. They handled this difficult period with honor, smiles, and kindness, despite the workload... I highly recommend it; the atmosphere is cozy and the tables, armchairs, and sofas are undeniably comfortable! Well done, Au Bureau Place des Héros!
