I'm leaving a positive review today to highlight the professionalism of a member of the team. On August 31st, due to a stock shortage, the cheddar in my burgers was replaced with Emmental, and the onions were missing. No one informed the customers that day, and the orders were served as if nothing had happened, even though the taste was completely different. I returned the next day to explain the problem, but the person I spoke to (I don't know if it was a manager) refused to do anything, offered no apology, and even gave me an incorrect email address. So I went back this evening, and the manager on duty was absolutely fantastic. She took charge of the problem, reacted immediately, and handled the situation as it should have been handled from the start. I'm leaving this very positive review for her. This restaurant needs more people like her. A little professionalism, frankly, is so refreshing. Thanks again to her!
