Very good burger, very pleasant service from a young woman with short hair. Negative point: the woman at reception/checkout who was very unpleasant, a bit of a shame to end the evening on this negative note

Great discovery in the heart of the city! 'Au Bureau' offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for a lunch with friends or a dinner with family. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the menu offers delicious dishes with excellent value for money. Special mention for the burgers, generous and tasty! An address not to be missed to have a good time. I highly recommend!

Being on vacation in France, we came to spend some time with my son in this establishment. The staff is young and very friendly. We trusted the bartender for the drinks, and it was perfect, with very good advice. My son enjoyed his non-alcoholic cocktail. We had to witness a scene where customers rushed to get seated while others waited outside the door. They blamed the bartender for questioning them. It’s rare to see customers with such bad faith. The bartender and his assistant demonstrated professional behavior and remained calm. This funny situation made my son laugh a lot. I will keep good memories of this establishment.

We came to eat Saturday evening. Happy to be seated on comfortable sofas, we didn't think it was for sleeping there, the wait for the food was so long. We had time to consume the drinks three times before having a simple plank, almost 45 minutes (and I'm being nice) for planks. We had the impression that no one was being served in the room, making us wonder if there was anyone in the kitchen. Fortunately, the waiter, who must have been the head of service, knew how to make us eat. The room staff was very pleasant and competent. Impressed by the server's ability to resolve and respond to issues, we wouldn't have waited two hours otherwise. Very good cocktail and a duo of competent and fun bartenders. I can't say the same about the kitchen.

Very good pina colada however an endless wait of 25 minutes to get 5 goat cheese fingers. We had to insist and ask the finders, this is unacceptable. Unfriendly waitress. We had the impression of bothering them even though there was no crowd.
