I was disappointed by the steak tartare I had; the fries were cold and the texture of the mince wasn't very pleasant. The service was quick but unfriendly. The restaurant at the office is very nice.

Every time we come, we are satisfied. The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is professional. During our visit at the end of 2025, we were very pleased to have a server with a disability take care of our table. He was friendly and very professional and could serve as an example to many servers in other establishments who are less than welcoming while serving :-) Thank you to him and to the management for setting such a good example.

We went there as a group of five on a Sunday for Mother's Day lunchtime. We booked through the website. We received a very warm welcome. It was quite busy. The service was excellent! The staff were attentive, responsive, and very considerate. The dishes were delicious and generous. It was our first time at the Saran restaurant, and we will definitely return. Well done to the whole team!

The meal was good; I particularly enjoyed the salmon steak, which was perfect. It's a shame the service was a bit disorganized (a long wait to order and the mistake with the burger quantities... we were served three burgers when we had ordered two). A good place to eat in Orléans, provided you're not in too much of a hurry!

14/05/2026: I'd been wanting to eat at Eugene's for a long time, and on March 20th, my family and I decided to go. We weren't disappointed. I work in the restaurant industry as a restaurant manager in the north of England, and what a pleasant surprise Eugene was! The restaurant is clean, the tables are beautifully set, the service is superb, the prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent—it's a well-run establishment. My only complaint would be to have a real plant on the table instead of a plastic one. Overall, 18/20.
22/04/2026: Excellent dinner at an unbeatable price: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and petits fours for... €41!!! Gourmet and original cuisine—oh, that cream puff with tomato pissalat as a starter! A delight! We'll be back.

20/05/2026: A great place for lunch in downtown Orleans: I tried the chicken hot stone grill and loved it! Bonus: they're pet-friendly.
17/05/2026: Professional service, a warm welcome. Consistently high-quality ingredients. Quick and efficient. We always have a very enjoyable culinary experience at Alexandre's. Delicious fondues and other dishes. We've been going there for many years. A must-try with friends.
