A very good experience. We came as a couple and it was a real treat. The portions were generous, with beautiful cuts of meat that were perfectly sauced and served with a generous amount of fries. The desserts were also very generous. The prices are high, especially for the desserts, but they are justified by the quality and quantity of the food. We will be back.

I tried the all-you-can-eat flambé, and frankly, I'd pass. The flambés weren't cooked properly, sometimes burnt around the edges, with too much cream and not enough toppings. It's a shame, because the service was impeccable, no complaints there. Last time, I had fried Munster cheese and it was delicious. So I'll probably come back, but not for the flambés.

A typical Alsatian restaurant serving all the regional specialties. The decor is very pleasant and the welcome is warm. A restaurant on a human scale with a family atmosphere. The portions are very generous and the dishes excellent. The quality is consistent, as we've been working with locals and regulars for 25 years. Highly recommended, as it's far from the tourist trap.

Brasserie Au Dauphin

19/03/2026: Stunning period architecture, magnificent ceilings and vaulted ceilings. Impeccable service and excellent sauerkraut. A real treat.
03/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, very friendly staff, delicious food, generous portions – I highly recommend it! (I especially loved the Madame Yang non-alcoholic cocktail!)
