We go there from time to time, always with pleasure; the dishes are delicious and made with seasonal ingredients. The service is impeccable and quick. We recommend this place and often bring friends who haven't been to this restaurant. The only downside is the parking, but it's worth the effort. Colmar and Le Chaudron are worth it. A great find for those who haven't been before.

A wonderful discovery today in Colmar! The dogs with shutters caught my eye. A great find! 🙂 Excellent food, excellent service, and a very warm welcome.

Excellent service at a reasonable price, especially considering it's Christmas market season and located right across from one. Set menu for €22, drinks not included. Delicious traditional food. Highly recommended. The building and dining room are welcoming.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Waiters kind and attentive, didn’t bother us during the meal, but available if needed. A cozy atmosphere on a very touristy Christmas market Saturday night in December.

The sirloin steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Fabrice was an excellent waiter, smiling and attentive to his customers. We will gladly return; we are from Pas-de-Calais.

29/12/2025: We discovered the restaurant "Les Racines" and it was a very pleasant surprise. It's a charming, intimate restaurant where the food is absolutely delicious. The dishes are simply exquisite, expertly prepared, flavorful, and made with great care. The welcome is very warm, attentive, and genuine. The staff truly take excellent care of their customers with kindness and professionalism, which greatly contributes to the overall experience. We had a wonderful, convivial, and delicious time, and we will cherish the memory of this restaurant. I highly recommend it without hesitation.
