We were passing through during the Christmas market and therefore had to choose our dish from four options. The dishes were good and generous. The service was very pleasant.

Excellent service at a reasonable price, especially considering it's Christmas market season and located right across from one. Set menu for €22, drinks not included. Delicious traditional food. Highly recommended. The building and dining room are welcoming.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Waiters kind and attentive, didn’t bother us during the meal, but available if needed. A cozy atmosphere on a very touristy Christmas market Saturday night in December.

The sirloin steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Fabrice was an excellent waiter, smiling and attentive to his customers. We will gladly return; we are from Pas-de-Calais.

The welcome and service were very pleasant. But apart from the sauerkraut, there was nothing typical. 23 euros for the main course is expensive for what you get. At the same time, the market was packed, and we were lucky to find this table.

Excellent. The daily special was very good: chicken in a gingerbread crust and a very large profiterole. The service was pleasant and warm. And we had the honor of shaking hands with the mayor of Colmar.

The welcome was perfect; we were seated immediately, even without a reservation. The sauerkraut was delicious, perfectly prepared, and the accompanying wine enhanced the entire experience. The atmosphere was both calm and warm, ideal for a wonderful time. We loved it!

Restaurant Café de la Harth

04/01/2026: By far the best food we’ve had on our trip around Europe in the past 2 weeks. Arriving at the restaurant itself at night through the vineyards alone was already a uniquely fun experience. Their braised ham was cooked to absolute perfection(well worth the extra wait required), the black angus steak was also juicy and perfectly flavoured… If this was located in a touristy part of town they’d have 2 hour lineups for sure, but I sure am glad that this is a hidden gem.
22/12/2025: The best surprises are often the ones you stumble upon by chance. Discovered on my way back from the Colmar market, trying to escape the tourist traps and crowds. A lovely time spent enjoying traditional home-style cooking and professional, efficient service. Looking forward to returning next time.
