Nous avons passé un très très bon moment en famille dans ce restaurant. . La cuisine de qualité ( entrecôtes, choucroute, salade du Chaudron, brochettes de canard et foie de veau) et le service extrêmement sympathique. Tous les convives ont été enchantés.

Very nice restaurant with typical Alsace food. All the dishes were delicious and well prepared. Also the staff were friendly, and the have even bring us the watter for our dog. We have eaten there during the lunch time. Recommended.

Impeccable, carte resserrée mais un bon choix. Plats copieux et goûteux. La cuisson du foie de veau était parfaite, les portions copieuses. De l'entrée au dessert tout était bon, bien cuisiné et présenté. Le service s'est déroulé sans accroc, avec une équipe réduite mais professionnelle. J'ai plaisir à y retourner. Pensez à réserver, le nombre de places est limité.

Highly recommended. 2 wonderful Waiters who were so accommodating and friendly. Explained the local specialty delicacies. Food was super amazing
If you go to Colmar, make sure you dine here near Petite Venice
We were brave enough to try the veal head and the sauerkraut with meat and sausages.

This is a nice spot for dinner. Food is basic but good and service is pleasant. I had the faux filet with peppercorn sauce. French fries were excellent and side salad good. House wine was adequate, but you might be better off ordering by the bottle Overall I recommend Au Chaudron for a casual dinner.

Very good restaurant. Found by chance. The server was very helpful. Our little dog was accepted without problem. The waiter brought him a bowl of water without us asking. We really appreciated this gesture. The meal and service were perfect.

Excellent restaurant. The tables are not very close to each other, we don't wait too long to eat and the dishes are not too close together so we can eat in peace. The setting is very pleasant and the food very good. Special mention for the sirloin steak, very tender and cooked as desired, with good application of the Maillard Reaction (i.e. cooking the surface part of the meat). We highly recommend.
