I chose Fleischschnake, which were tasty, but there were only five very thin slices on the plate for €23—five bites and that was it! It might be okay for people who aren't hungry. When the waitress asked me how I enjoyed my meal, I pointed out that my portion was insufficient. She said she'd pass it on to the chef, and then I heard nothing more! Not a word when it came time to pay the bill!
I don't recommend this restaurant because, in addition, there are only three dishes to choose from on one side of the menu and three on the other, not a single dish under €22! I didn't want dessert because the bill would have easily exceeded €35, and I was still hungry.

We enjoyed the set menu at Les Racines on Valentine's Day and had a wonderful evening.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The well-planned seating arrangements ensured a relaxed noise level, which was very pleasant. The service was attentive, friendly, and the staff communicated effortlessly in multiple languages.
The wine pairings were excellent. The menu was varied and generous, featuring some dishes I might not have otherwise dared to try. The foie gras, in particular, was a pleasant surprise and tasted absolutely outstanding. The dessert was also a true highlight.
As a lovely touch, we were presented with a long-stemmed rose at the end. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable evening and highly recommended.

We discovered the restaurant "Les Racines" and it was a very pleasant surprise.
It's a charming, intimate restaurant where the food is absolutely delicious. The dishes are simply exquisite, expertly prepared, flavorful, and made with great care.
The welcome is very warm, attentive, and genuine. The staff truly take excellent care of their customers with kindness and professionalism, which greatly contributes to the overall experience.
We had a wonderful, convivial, and delicious time, and we will cherish the memory of this restaurant. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

This restaurant, somewhat hidden away on a side street,
serves very tasty dishes at fair prices. The menu includes typical Alsatian specialties, accompanied by good local wines. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff exceptionally friendly, and the food is served promptly. A visit is highly recommended.
