We had a wonderful time at Les Racines! The fleischnakas were a particular favorite: the portion was perfect and the broth was incredibly flavorful. Special mention also goes to the pistachio crème brûlée, which was original and delicious. The service was excellent, and the waitress was very pleasant throughout the meal. Go for it without hesitation!

Such a nice and cozy place a bit off the beaten path. The food was definitely one of the best we've had in all of Alsace. Creative, delicious, and very adequately priced. Wine pairing suggestions from the host were on point. Service was a tad slow, but overall worked well between aperitifs/starters, entrees and desserts. Would definitely recommend and will come back again for the different menu!

A truly wonderful restaurant experience where we felt completely at ease from the very beginning. The beautiful, tasteful decor and, above all, the exceptionally friendly staff immediately created a relaxed atmosphere. Both the service and the chef were incredibly welcoming. Although the cuisine is rather upscale, we didn't feel out of place at all, even with our young children – I found that particularly pleasant. The meal was the absolute highlight: The veal sirloin and veal kidneys were spectacularly well-prepared. And the pistachio crème brûlée to finish was simply divine. For us, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening – we will definitely be back.

On our first evening in Colmar, we had a wonderful culinary experience here. The small menu offers a variety of classic dishes and new creations, all lovingly presented and served delicious and fresh. The service (only in French) was very attentive and friendly. Locals also eat here, and you can tell the difference compared to other, more touristy restaurants in Colmar! It's a bit pricey, but the quality is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

25/04/2026: Beautiful address in the forest. Excellent food quality and great products. Refined presentation and delicious taste. I would come back but just be aware to plan at least 2 hours or more for lunch.
18/04/2026: What a pleasure it is to return to the Auberge du Neuland. The food is delicious, all the tableware has been carefully replaced as always, the new waiter is delightful, and the chefs are passionate. Pure bliss. Thank you all!
