Excellent meal, the ribeye steak was incredibly tender with a perfect peppercorn sauce, and the sauerkraut was tender and full of flavor, just as you'd expect from the region. 👌 I highly recommend it; the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We go there from time to time, always with pleasure; the dishes are delicious and made with seasonal ingredients. The service is impeccable and quick. We recommend this place and often bring friends who haven't been to this restaurant. The only downside is the parking, but it's worth the effort. Colmar and Le Chaudron are worth it. A great find for those who haven't been before.

We were passing through during the Christmas market and therefore had to choose our dish from four options. The dishes were good and generous. The service was very pleasant.

03/01/2026: We made a last-minute reservation and got a table. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent and well-paced, and the owner had a friendly, witty remark and a genuine desire for quality. We ordered two set menus: starter, main course, and dessert, including gratinated scallops, sauerkraut, and trout, followed by a sorbet with a generous splash of liqueur and a chestnut tart. The large dining room was beautifully decorated with ample space between the tables, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We have no regrets and will definitely return, especially since the menu changes regularly!

10/03/2026: A charming little restaurant in the Colmar market, with a gluten-free menu, full of flavor and taste. The dessert selection is varied.
03/03/2026: The burger Alsacien, the Glory bowl and the brownie were very good, as well as the homemade immunity drink. Totally recommend to anyone, not just vegans and vegetarians.
